Established in 1996, the Chairman’s Award recognizes an individual whose contributions and service to NPAworldwide have created a substantial and lasting benefit for our member-owned network.
NPAworldwide’s history has been shaped by members who give generously of their time, share their knowledge for the good of our members. This award celebrates that spirit of service.
Each year, nominations come from the membership, and the Board of Directors selects the recipient by secret ballot. We had a strong slate of deserving candidates this year—which is a reflection of the dedication within our network.
This year’s recipient has volunteered for 15+ years, serving as a mentor, Engineering/Manufacturing Practice Group Leader, Cross Industries Practice Group Leader and is the current Area leader for Eastern Canada. He freely gives his time to members, offering guidance, sharing his experience and helping others succeed. His commitment to collaboration is also reflected in his own success as a Double Platinum Achievement Status honoree and Hall of Fame member.
Some little-known facts about our recipient are that he was drafted by the NHL (National Hockey League) by the Edmonton Oilers, won the Stengler Cup Gold Metal for Canada and is a Football Referee.
