As a follow-up to the announcement this week about our strategic partnership with Sanford Rose Associates and Dimensional Search—a partnership that I believe creates immediate opportunities for our members while also giving us an opportunity to explore a potentially important growth strategy for NPAworldwide.
Sanford Rose Associates has a long and respected history in the executive search industry. Founded in 1959, the Sanford Rose Associates network includes more than 170 independently owned offices and more than 650 recruiters.
Dimensional Search is part of the Sanford Rose Associates family of companies and provides entrepreneurs with training, resources and support to establish and grow executive search businesses.
Those similarities made the organizations natural partners—but it is what we each bring to the relationship that makes this particularly interesting.
The Sanford Rose partnership raises an interesting strategic question:
Are there other recruiting associations, networks or communities that provide significant value to their members but do not have a robust mechanism for sharing jobs and facilitating split placements? If so, NPAworldwide may be able to provide that missing piece through our infrastructure that already exists.
Growing Through Collaboration
NPAworldwide has been built on a simple but powerful idea: independent recruiters can accomplish more when they work together.
This partnership is an extension of that philosophy.
I am excited about what Sanford Rose Associates and Dimensional Search bring to our community, and I am equally excited about what NPAworldwide can bring to theirs.
