There has been increase in clients looking to hire workers on a contract basis and with that, an increase in questions from members about adding contract roles to Matchmaker.

On the Add a Job screen, under Title, Degree, Type there is a dropdown menu that defaults to Fulltime / Direct Hire. Open this menu and select Contract/Temporary. When you enter the salary, make sure to select Hourly in the term dropdown menu (all the way to the right of the screen). Refer to the Operations Manual, Section E. Financial Obligations (starting on page 9) for specific questions about how to share contract roles. Contract revenue is a great way to level out cash flow fluctuations and can also help increase the value of your recruitment firm.
