Sometimes I can't make the Practice Group calls. I'd like to send my AI notetaker to join the Zoom Meeting so I can keep up with everything, but I've noticed they can't access the calls. Can you tell me why?

NPAworldwide is a private, member-owned network. Since we cannot verify that the AI notetaker is affiliated with a member, we do not allow them into our calls. Members talk about clients and other private business information, so we need to ensure a confidential environment.
Practice Group members receive a copy of the call recording and notes following each call, so hopefully this gets you the information you need.
