I am so happy that I could join the Boston Area Meet Up put together by Jon Davis, soon after the recently concluded Board Meeting. Had a great exchange of ideas & insights with our partners out there.
Over & above getting to know a bit about fellow partners in that geography, there was lots of learning, especially on AI & its use in our industry. It was heartening to know that some of our members are right on top with regard to technology in the recruitment space.
Was lovely to interact with Steve Morris, Michael O’Leary, Michael Blando, Krystyn Mayer & Howard Rudzinsky and other Board Members Jenn, Patrick, Jim & Melanie who were present too.
Another big takeaway for me was an interesting ‘check in’ that Jon had put together for the attendees, that went beyond the typical self-introductions. Thanks, Jon, for your wonderful contribution to NPAworldwide.
Can’t help repeating what others & myself have said many a time – personal meetings take our connections & experiences in our network several notches upwards!
