Rosie has been an integral part of the Legal People team since 2014, serving as a Principal Consultant and consistently representing the very best of what our profession stands for. Her passion for helping people extends far beyond matching resumes to job descriptions. She spends the time to really get to know each person — their story, what motivates them, and where they’ll truly thrive. That ability to create genuine connections is a hallmark of her success.
As Area Leader for Victoria, Rosie has played a pivotal role in re-energizing the NPAworldwide membership throughout the region. Her leadership is grounded in strong relationships, enthusiastic collaboration, and a sincere desire to see others achieve their goals. Under her guidance, members are more connected and engaged — a testament to her drive and influence.
But Rosie’s impact doesn’t stop when the laptops close. Outside of work, she is a Karate Sensei, fiercely disciplined and dedicated — but she’s also the first to laugh, crack a joke at her own expense, and embrace any opportunity for a good costume theme. If you’ve attended an NPA conference, you already know what we’re talking about! Her famous motto, “I’m living the dream,” isn’t just a catchphrase. It’s how she shows up each day — joyfully, wholeheartedly, and ready to elevate those around her.
