Dear Members,
Today is Marcia Bateman's last day with NPAworldwide, which means that some changes are coming to our existing engagement team. We want to take a moment to extend our sincere thanks to Marcia Bateman for her many years of dedicated service and leadership within NPA. Her contributions have greatly shaped the collaboration and success we enjoy today. In recognition of her service, the Board of Directors has named Marcia an Honorary Member of NPAworldwide, effective upon her retirement.
We want to take a moment to confirm our commitment to providing excellent support to our NPAworldwide members. Kristen will continue to be the main support contact for members in AsiaPac, while Kelsea and Liz are shifting things around a bit to support members everywhere else. They have been in contact with Practice Group members who will be immediately impacted with December calls to share the new Zoom links for those calls. If you have previously downloaded a practice call to your email calendar as a recurring item, you may wish to delete the existing item and re-download the event so that you have the current Zoom details available. Instructions for downloading a recurring calendar item are available here.
