At the recent Asia Meet Up in Hanoi, Achyut "AK" Menon was honored with the inaugural Asia Area Leader Award. In every organization, there are moments that remind us why we do what we do, and AK’s response to this recognition was a powerful reminder of that.

“I am honoured to receive the first-ever Asia Regional Leader Award.

The truth? None of us really succeeds alone. What makes this community special is the way we share, collaborate, and pick each other up—when the road gets tough.

If I have managed to play even a small part in that, it is only because so many of you have done the same for me.

Awards are nice, but the real prize is the friendship we build, the trust we earn, and the knowledge we can pass on.

That’s what makes this network more than just a group of recruiters—it makes it a family!

Thank you for the recognition, and even more for the support that made it possible.

Here’s to helping each other rise, one conversation at a time.”

AK’s words capture the heart of what makes NPAworldwide unique: collaboration over competition, generosity as the norm, and success as something we build together. His reminder that “None of us really succeeds alone” reflects the spirit of mutual support that fuels our global community—whether you are brand new or a seasoned recruiter.

The willingness to share knowledge, lift each other up, and build lasting trust transforms this network from a business alliance into something far more meaningful: a family.

Congratulations again to AK, and thank you to all our members who continue to invest not only in placements, but in people.

Here's to continuing to rise—together, one conversation at a time.
