If your firm has an admin/researcher, they can help load your records (jobs and candidates) onto Marketplace. They can change the listed “Recruiter” on the record to the owner or another recruiter, so any inquiries about that job/candidate will go to that owner/recruiter.
The only drawback to having an admin/researcher post for you is they can’t save the job/candidate as a draft and have you review it. We do have a “draft” option, but unfortunately it is only viewable by the person posting, so only your researcher would be able to see it / edit it, until it’s “live”.
If you want to have your admin/researcher post, but you want to review it, I suggest that he/she change the job status to ‘On Hold’… that way you can go in and look at it under your company jobs, edit as you see fit, and change the status to ‘Active.’
