Did you know that we have FIVE different websites? It can be easy to get them confused, so here is a rundown of what they are and how they are used:

  1. npaworldwide.com - This is our public-facing website, with a primary purpose of attracting new members. The secondary purpose is for members to login to our other sites and also to drive traffic to member websites through a member directory. Additionally, this site provides some brand awareness for employers and job seekers. It is our longest-standing website, with a high degree of authenticity, and is where our public-facing blog resides.
  2. npaworldwideworks.com - This is also a public-facing website. Its SOLE purpose is for members to use with clients (or candidates) to explain their membership and how clients benefit from working with a member firm. If you are linking to our website from your site, your email signature, your business cards, or other marketing materials, please link to this site.
  3. NPAmarketplace - This is our primary member-focused website, where members search for partners, candidates and jobs are shared, and placements are reported. The bulk of a member's split-related activity will occur within this platform. This is also the site that hosts and distributes candidate alerts, and many automated messages related to the placement process.
  4. jobs.npaworldwide.com - This is our public job board. Candidates can visit this site, search for jobs, and apply to jobs. They can also become registered users and create alerts that send them emails when new jobs are entered that match their search criteria. There is no employer access to the public job board. Members' jobs that are shared on the job board are advertised on LinkedIn and other sites, cross-posted, and scraped. Candidates that apply to posted jobs via the job board are visible to the posting member in your NPAmarketplace dashboard. Candidates that register on this site are considered "job board candidates" so please be aware of that before you send your own candidates to that site to register.
  5. members.npaworldwide.com - This is known as "NPA Central" and it is our "run the business" tool. It houses our sales/prospect database, membership CRM, event registration, and more. It also includes a robust member dashboard and is your starting point to all things NPA-related. Members are required to login to this platform at least once every 180 days in order to maintain access to this site, our mobile app, and NPAmarketplace. It is also where members can find marketing materials, the Operations Manual and Bylaws, minutes from board meetings, organizational documents, our events calendar, and more. It has a limited searchable recruiter database, but does not have a searchable company database that members can access. All trading partner searches and placement activity is best conducted within NPAmarketplace.
