Some tips:
- Remain calm, cool heads prevail
- Be open to different styles of achieving the same result; everyone is in NPA to make $$, people just do it different ways
- Be polite and respectful always
- Work on your listening skills; tough one for me
- Build genuine relationships, you can disagree and still be friends
- Move on; sometimes you have to just move on
