Dear Nicky,

I tend to work with the same partners that I have throughout the years. A new member just reached out to me and they work in my exact niche, and sent me some great candidates!! Now I feel like I may have been missing out on potential new partners... how might I find new members who also work in my space?

Dear Exploring,

Glad to hear you have found a great new partner. Luckily for you, we have added so many incredible, new firms into NPAworldwide this year. Here are a few tips from the Engagement Team on how to find and best connect with them:

Jaxen: Membership Updates is our weekly newsletter that includes any new members that have joined that week. It gives you all their info including their practice groups, specialty and location, and a link to their profile. You can click the owner's name hyperlink to email them directly and welcome them!

Kelsea: New members have been joining the Practice Group calls, so if you don’t join those you are missing out!

Liz: You can seek out partners who work in your niche/geography on NPAmarketplace using the keyword search in the top-right hand search bar. Here, I did a search for partners who work in DoD/place cleared candidates, in the US:

Marcia: Reach out to the Engagement team! We are here to help. If you typically go to your same list of preferred partners when you have a search or candidate, reach out to us and ask if there's anyone else you should be reaching out to.

Thanks to the Engagement team for the ideas. Make sure your own profile is filled out so members and staff find you in searches, and posting your jobs and candidates to the system gets you lots of visibility as well through searches and alerts.

Nicky
