What is your #1 tip for how to work NPAworldwide?
Pick up the phone and speak directly with your NPA partner. Emails are fine, but nothing builds lasting relationships with your partners like speaking with them directly and being fully transparent.
What is your favorite split story?
My international split with Stephane Beder (whom I met in Long Beach) resulted in me placing a CEO in Washington, D.C., with his Paris-based manufacturer. After we completed the split Stephane hosted me at the French Open!!!
How did you get into recruiting?
I started as an executive recruiter in 1997 in NYC with Vance Staffing after segueing out of practicing law as a worker's compensation attorney.
If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
The ability to create lasting world peace... there is so much divisiveness in the world today.
What was your favorite NPAworldwide conference?
Washington, DC where we went to the French Embassy!
What is your favorite hobby?
Playing and watching tennis!!
