The firm is focused on finding the perfect fit for critical roles throughout the organizational structure and ensuring each candidate also fits the client’s unique culture. They are client-centric and search agnostic. Learn a bit more about Rob below:

What is your #1 tip for how to work NPAworldwide?

Patience. Be deliberate with your quality control and communications. It takes more effort and time, therefore money (as time is money in the recruitment industry), but this approach equates to longevity.

How did you get into recruiting?

It was the early 90’s and recessionary times. I was one of 300 hundred people who interviewed for what turned out to be two roles with a consumer goods company. I was fortunate enough to be hired and was soon selected to move into recruitment and training. In 1998 I made the move from internal recruitment to the firm side and have never looked back. Recruiting is a great industry where we absolutely help change people's lives.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?

Patience (there is a theme here). Yes, it is a superpower in the recruitment industry.

What is your favorite hobby?

Anything outdoors! Hiking, watersports, conservation projects, yardwork, etc.
