When members post jobs, there are three options for sharing, which are:
- NPAmarketplace
- NPAmarketplace and Job Board
- Job Board Only
Jobs that are posted to "Job Board Only" are not visible in NPAmarketplace. These are jobs where the posting recruiter specifically does not want a split partner's assistance. Often these are low-fee jobs, jobs with limited (or no) trading partners, replacement for fall-offs or other situations that create a low likelihood of split placement success.
You should ALWAYS be looking at jobs in NPAmrketplace, not LinkedIn or other sites. For starters, it's harder to find the jobs as the slots rotate based on a wide variety of criteria. For another, this is where you are going to see "Job Board Only" jobs and you have no option to work with a partner to fill these.
