Effective immediately, Kristen Davie has taken on the role of Operations Manager for NPAworldwide in Asia Pacific. Kristen has been with NPAworldwide for over 10 years as an independent contractor working a less than full-time assignment. Beginning on January 1, 2024, Kristen will become an employee, via an employer of record methodology, and move into a full-time assignment.
Kristen resides in the Brisbane area of Queensland, Australia and in her early years with NPAworldwide was 100% Australia/New Zealand focused. For some time now, Kristen has been providing a connection and contact for our Asia-based membership. Kristen works to create and host meetings in both Australia/New Zealand and Asia. If you have attended, you have seen the quality of her effort and outcomes done in coordination with Directors and HQ Staff. She is also our prime contact for membership growth in both Australia/New Zealand and Asia, our membership engagement person, and our education/training resource for these regions. The Operations Manager title is intended to recognize and signal all the things Kristen does for NPAworldwide.
We are fortunate to have someone of Kristen’s capability and passion supporting the network and our members in Australia and Asia. We hope the expanded hours will allow for even greater engagement with our members and greater success for the network.
