I'm reminiscing about our recent 2024 Global Conference in Salt Lake City! We saw so many old friends and new faces. We also shared a very special moment as our new president, Kerry Crockett, took the helm. It was a true joy to hear how much you all enjoyed the chance to spend time with her.

We also celebrated some fantastic achievements at the conference. Firstly, a round of applause for our Top Producers of 2023! And let's not forget the star of the show, Nerissa Reyes, who won the 2024 Chairman’s Award. Her acceptance speech was nothing short of heartwarming.
Then, we had a special moment with "Dave’s Last Hurrah." Celebrating Dave Nerz and his incredible 18-year journey with us as he steps into retirement was an honor. Dave, you're an inspiration, and we're so grateful for your contributions. We hope you and Bonnie enjoy this new exciting phase, and we look forward to seeing you at future meetings with your Honorary Membership!
Speaking of appreciation, let's hear it for our hardworking staff. It was just lovely seeing each one of you at the conference. Special mention to Chris Paull, who couldn't attend. Chris retired at the end of April after 48 years of service. Chris, your notable works will never be forgotten. The Grand Rapids team is having a retirement lunch/celebration with Chris later this week. We hope to see you again!
