During COVID, we began offering a monthly webinar series to provide education and information to help make up for the lack of in-person events and also help members survive that economic downturn. Webinars are held on the 1st Thursday each month and are available to the entire membership either live or via recording. When speakers/presenters are in North America or EMEA, we typically offer the live event at a time that is friendly to members in those geographies (and LatAm as well), mainly either 12 Noon US ET or 4PM US ET. When the speaker/presenter is in Asia or Australia/New Zealand, we offer the live event at a time that is friendly to members in those geographies. Anyone who has ever tried to schedule events in multiple time zones knows it is basically impossible to find a time that occurs during reasonable daytime hours for all potential attendees. To aid in planning, we are consistently trying to schedule this particular event:
- For North America / EMEA / LatAM - 1st Thursday each month 12 PM or 4PM US ET (Thursday evening or early Friday morning for other geographic regions)
- For Asia / Australia / New Zealand - 1st Thursday each month 11AM Hong Kong time (Wednesday evening for North America, late Wednesday for EMEA and LatAm)
Recordings are always available to everyone who registers. In some cases, we are able to offer two live sessions (one that is North America / EMEA / LatAm friendly and one that is Asia / Australia / New Zealand friendly) - this is dependent upon each speaker's location, availability, and willingness.
I am need of some help from members in the following areas:
- Webinar topics that would be of value
- Potential speakers/presenters that are willing to offer webinars on a complimentary basis OR are willing to pay us for the access to our members.
