Owners are reminded that a signed nondisclosure agreement must be in place with any independent service provider or contractor you use that protects other members. This agreement must be in place before you add that person to any NPAworldwide databases or have them working with NPAworldwide partners. Here is the wording from the Operations Manual:
Nondisclosure. A Member engaging the services of a Provider remains fully responsible for all information proprietary to NPAworldwide or to its Members. The Member must have a signed non-disclosure agreement in effect with each Contractor or Provider.
