I received a call from an NPA partner and he said he did a search on all members that work audit, which is 90% of what I do ... only he didn't see me in the search results. What gives?

Your profile is one of the most important tools you have to help connect you with other partners who work in your industry. Remember, searches are keyword-driven. If a member is searching for a particular keyword, and it's not in your profile, you're not going to come up in the search results. Sounds like you need to edit your profile to add some keywords about your specialty.
To edit your profile, log into Marketplace. Click the down arrow at the top of the screen, to the right of your profile picture and select My Profile and Preferences. From this screen, select Edit Details and update your record as needed. Click the green Update button when you're finished.
Here's a tip: Try to find yourself in a search using the keywords that describe your specialty. If you can't find yourself, you know it's time to update your profile!
