Greetings! Today, the Chairman's Corner would like to send shout-outs to members making things happen at NPA.

First, congratulations and a big international shout-out to Adam Pantelli of AJ Search (#8661) over in the UK. Eight placements in his first year with NPA. Well done Adam! Here are some comments from Adam:

"I have nothing but positive things to say about NPA, their staff and the split partners. I'd heard great things from recruiters I know prior to joining which is why I signed up and I've been really impressed. AJ Search has made 8 placements in our first year as a candidate recruiter.

In terms of the split partners, they have been great with feedback, answering questions and updating me through the candidate journeys with their clients. In terms of NPA staff, Marcia and Kelsea have been awesome and VERY helpful, and extremely complimentary with any placements or good work we have done which is greatly appreciated.

Last year I didn't manage to attend an NPA in person meet up but it is a priority for this year."

Also a big shout-out to Christine Kines and James Kemper for sponsoring a meet-up in Charlotte, NC on Feb 2nd. Those who attended, from left-to-right in the image below, are: Zach Anderson, Mark Bradley, Christine Kines, Christy Kirksey, Mike Sudermann, James Kemper and Daphne Lee.

Great to see you all together raising a glass and celebrating. As I have said often, anytime members get together we keep an almost 70-year tradition going. I hope to see more regional meetings in 2024!!!

Congratulations also to Brad Speight with Nexus - Brad recently completed his first NPAworldwide deal, a job board placement. The job board remains a great auxiliary tool to help you close deals that are not necessarily appropriate to work on a split-fee basis.

Owners in Australia are planning a meeting in Adelaide that coincides with our Annual Owners Meeting on 7th March - this is a creative 2-for-1 way for owners to be together and offer some face-to-face participation in an otherwise virtual event.

Annual Owners Meeting

Our Annual Owners Meeting is taking place on Thursday, 7th March at 7PM US ET. This is where we conduct the official business of the network that we own, including approving the actions of the Board of Directors, accepting a financial report, electing officers and directors, and more. Owners have a responsibility to participate in this event either through live attendance or submitting a proxy authorizing their vote to be cast by our Secretary/Treasurer, Patti Steen. Owners of eligible voting memberships have been contacted multiple times requesting the action of submitting proxies. Please, if you have not already done so, make it a priority to submit your proxy TODAY. It takes about 30 seconds. If you cannot find your proxy or have questions about how to submit it, please contact Veronica Blatt at HQ.

For those who attend live, you'll have a chance to meet our incoming president, Kerry Crockett (she'll also be in Salt Lake City) and also participate in an Owners Forum that includes discussion topics submitted by owners.
