As my time as Chair comes to a close, I want to share a final note with the membership and express my gratitude for the opportunity to serve. At the Annual Business Meeting on March 5, leadership will formally transition to Patti Steen as she assumes the role of Chair.
Following that meeting, I will continue to serve in the Immediate Past Chair position through the 2027 Annual Business Meeting.
Leading the Board has been a meaningful experience, and I am sincerely thankful to the directors—past and present—for their thoughtful counsel, collaboration, and commitment. I also extend my appreciation to the NPAworldwide staff for their professionalism, consistency, and dedication to supporting our members and the cooperative.
I have full confidence in Patti’s leadership and look forward to supporting her and the Board as they continue this work.
I hope to see many of you at PowerUp Americas in San Antonio, March 26–28. I would especially like to personally invite our firm owners to join us for an Owner’s Meeting on Thursday, March 26, from 4:00–5:00 p.m. It will be a valuable opportunity to connect and engage with fellow owners, and I hope you can attend.
