This is one of the toughest notes I’ve ever written.
I have been truly blessed to serve an organization that I believe is amazing. As I close this almost 37 year chapter at NPAworldwide, I’m deeply grateful for all the kind words and encouragement I’ve received from so many; thank you so much.
One thing that has always been important to me is doing what I can to help others succeed. It has been an incredible journey for me along the way for sure.
To those who invested their time, believed in me, and supported me along the way a big thank you. You’ve made a lasting difference in my life.
To the NPA staff and Board of Directors, a huge thank you for putting up with me over the years, I know I can be a handful!
I’ll cherish the friendships I have made and the great memories along the way.
And in true Marcia tradition I will say: POST YOUR RECORDS, GO TO A MEETING AND GET ON CALLS!!!! It’s easy to get job and candidates posted it’s harder to build trust with your partners. Relationships Matter!!!
