Some of you might already be aware of this, while for others it may come as a surprise—there’s a tremendous amount of behind-the-scenes effort that keeps NPAworldwide operating as the well-oiled machine we all know and love. Of course, we strive for smooth sailing, but there are always moments when challenges arise.
Thankfully, we have two essential resources that have consistently guided us, both in times of success and during more difficult periods: our Bylaws and Operations Manual. These documents have been thoughtfully maintained over the years, and I strongly encourage all our members to revisit them. If it’s been a while, take a moment to reread them! They can be accessed on NPA Central under the Documents tab.
As your board and staff, we are committed to upholding the principles and procedures outlined in these key documents. They serve as our compass, allowing us to approach situations objectively and ensure consistency in how decisions are made and actions are taken. Your understanding and engagement with these resources make us stronger as a network.
Per Article 3, Section B of our Bylaws: “Annual meetings of the membership will be held once each calendar year. At this meeting, the membership will elect officers and directors, review NPAworldwide’s financial statements, and conduct other business which comes before the membership.”
The 2025 Annual Meeting will begin at 19:00 US ET on Thursday, 6 March 2025. This event will be held virtually via Zoom.
