The Engagement team spends their days on Zoom, email and the phone talking to members. What we have not figured out is why many members join NPAworldwide and never unlock their potential.
Unlocking your potential is a process that requires active engagement and effort on your part. Maybe it is a lack of awareness? Some members may be unaware of all the services and resources available through NPAworldwide. They never really get to know what we are all about.
NPA is a co-op and if you Google that, it says:
What is a co-op in simple terms?
Cooperatives are businesses owned by “member-owners.” Co-ops are democratically controlled by their member-owners, and unlike a traditional company, each member gets a voice in how the business is run. Services or goods provided by the co-op benefit and serve the member-owners.
