One of the great features of the NPAconnect mobile app is the robust forums that allow members to get answers to business questions that crop up in a real-time manner. While we've had an Open Forum as part of the NPA Central website for a number of years, that forum does not have push notification functionality, which means that (a) members don't know when a new discussion gets created and (b) post authors don't know when there is a new response. On top of that, it takes too many clicks to manually look for that information - if you even remember to go do that.
