Dear Nicky,
I'm a newer consultant and I noticed a field on my NPAmarketplace profile called "Recruiter Achievement" with a dropdown list of options? What is this and which option should I select?
Achieving in Acme
Dear Acme,
Great question! This field is for our Recruiter Achievement Status program, which is a lifetime achievement recognition for your split placement activity within NPAworldwide. The program recognizes the cumulative salary totals for all the split placements a recruiter makes while a member of the network. There are 6 levels of recognition, as follows:
- Bronze - cumulative salary totals of at least US $500,000
- Silver - cumulative salary totals of at least US $1 million
- Gold - cumulative salary totals of at least US $2 million
- Platinum - cumulative salary totals of at least US $5 million
- Double Platinum - cumulative salary totals of at least US $10 million
- Platinum Premier - cumulative salary totals of at least US $25 million
The totals are calculated every month after the brokerage has been paid. You can see the current list of Recruiter Achievement Status recipients here.
Additionally, in 2019 we established a new Hall of Fame for anyone at the Double Platinum or Platinum Premier levels. There are only 22 people in the history of the network who have achieved this level of productivity, so it is an exclusive club.
Historically, it takes a new recruiter about 18 months of steady placement activity to reach Bronze, another 18 months to reach Silver, and then progressively longer amounts of time to reach the higher levels. It is a testament to both productivity *and* tenure. Watch for the monthly list to be shared and update that field on your profile when you see your name (or when you receive your certificate/plaque).
Nicky
