Acceptance reports must be filed within seven (7) days of a candidate's acceptance of an offer. This is primarily the responsibility of the job-side recruiter, but if no acceptance report has been filed at the 7-day mark, the candidate-side recruiter must do so. It is not appropriate to wait until the invoice date, candidate's start date, payment date, or any other date to file the acceptance report. Please contact Kelsea Dodd if you need assistance.
