As we reach the end of 2025, I find myself reflecting on what an incredible community we have in NPAworldwide. This year wasn’t without its challenges, but time and again, our members showed exactly what makes this network special—people who show up for each other, share opportunities, and keep pushing forward even when the market gets tough.

And now, as we turn the corner into 2026, I’m genuinely optimistic. Many of you are seeing stronger pipelines, more client activity, and fresh momentum building. If we stay engaged and keep leaning into collaboration and split opportunities, there’s every reason to believe 2026 can be an outstanding year for all of us.

Let’s PowerUp Together — March 26–28 in San Antonio!

One of the best ways to kick off that strong year is by connecting in person, and I can’t wait for PowerUp Americas, happening March 26–28 in beautiful San Antonio, Texas.

If you haven’t been to San Antonio before, you’re in for a treat. It’s lively, walkable, and full of charm. Our hotel is in a prime location on the River Walk, with its winding paths, restaurants, and live music. While you're there, make time for:

  • The Alamo, a must-see piece of American history
  • The Pearl District, packed with great food, local shops, and culture
  • And of course, some unforgettable Tex-Mex and barbecue

But what I love most about PowerUp events isn’t the location—it’s the people. Every time we gather, the conversations spark new ideas, new relationships, and yes… more split placements. There’s real power in getting together!

Here’s to a Strong Finish and an Even Stronger Start

Thank you for everything you’ve poured into the network this year. Your engagement, support, and collaboration are what make NPAworldwide the exceptional community it is—truly, if we could bottle this group’s energy, we’d probably outsell half the wellness industry.

Let’s wrap up 2025 with confidence and stride into 2026, knowing it’s going to be a great year.

And yes, I fully expect to see many of you in San Antonio—because nothing says “strong start” like great networking, good food, and a stroll (or two) along the River Walk.

Here’s to big momentum, more splits, and a fantastic year ahead!
