- Stay Active and Verified
To be part of NPAconnect, you’ll need an active profile on both NPAmarketplace and NPAworldwide. If your profile isn’t up to date, we’ll have to remove your access—so keep it current and stay connected! - Keep It Relevant
Let’s keep the focus on what brings us together. Avoid posting unsolicited promotions, personal causes, political content, or anything unrelated to NPAworldwide. - Talk Candidates and Jobs, Not Details
Feel free to discuss candidates and jobs listed on NPAmarketplace! Just be sure to include a link or the candidate/job ID#. However, please don’t share client names, candidate names, resumes, or any private or proprietary information. Posts that don’t follow these guidelines will be removed, and repeated violations may result in removal from the app. - Be Kind and Respectful
This is your community of trading partners—treat them like you would your best clients. Assume good intent and remember that humor doesn’t always translate the same way across cultures. Use it thoughtfully to avoid misunderstandings. - Zero Tolerance for Harmful Content
Inflammatory, hateful, derogatory, or discriminatory posts have no place here. Violators will be removed from the community and may risk their NPAworldwide membership. - Engage and Support
Dive into the discussions! Ask questions, share your expertise, celebrate wins, and lend a hand to those who need it. Before posting a question, check if it’s already been answered to keep the forum fresh and helpful. - Off-Topic? No Problem!
For those fun, non-work-related conversations—like birthday shoutouts, sports talk, or general banter—there’s a dedicated forum. Opt in if you’d like to join the fun! - Help Us Keep It Professional
Members are responsible for maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere. If something feels off and can’t be resolved one-on-one, use the Report function to flag it. Screenshots can be helpful, too!
